Adult Groups
United Methodist Women
First Wednesday - 6:30 p.m. The United Methodist Women embody the call to faith, hope, and love in action. Our UMW group lives this out by supporting the various ministries in our congregation and engaging in local, national, and international missions. Examples of involvement include an annual toy drive for CASA in Fannin County, partnering with the Project Transformation site in Denison, Texas, and coordinating the prayer blanket ministry with our congregation. UMW meets the first Wednesday of every month at 6:30 p.m. for dinner, devotion, and a program focused on mission and spiritual growth. The United Methodist Men focus on helping men grow in Christ, so others may know Christ. Our UMM group engages in local missions hands-on and serves as a presence of Christ in the world. With our Emergency Response vehicle dedicated to assisting families and emergency responders and partnership with the Texas Ramps organization, the United Methodist Men in our congregation strive to be the hands and feet of Christ wherever they are.
